Strengths

  • + X0 AXS T-Type wireless shifting performs flawlessly
  • + Fox 34 Performance fork with DPS Performance Elite shock is solid
  • + Under 19kg with full suspension and motor is impressive
  • + Shimano XT M8120 4-piston brakes provide strong stopping power

Weaknesses

  • − Slightly cheaper than Kaizen 00 but DT Swiss HX 1700 alloy wheels add weight
  • − 400Wh base battery still limits longer rides
  • − Only 3 sizes limits fit for very tall/short riders
  • − Race Face Affect R dropper only 100mm travel

Motor: Same excellent Bosch SX integration as the 00 — whisper-quiet, natural pedal feel, and barely noticeable motor presence. The PLUS designation hints at extended battery compatibility for all-day trail adventures.
